NOMAC achieves 6th ISO certification (ISO 22301:2019) for Business Continuity

As a part of continuous strive in raising our benchmark, NOMAC has been recommended for issuance of Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) certification based on  ISO 22301:2019 by TUV Nord. This achievement marks the 6th ISO certification within the NOMAC Group in its continuing success story. The addition of BCMS demonstrates the tenacious commitment of NOMAC Management in developing the organizational resilience during crisis situations, especially this pandemic, in delivering uninterrupted desalinated water and electricity. The scope of this certification is “Business Continuity Management System that supports the management of Operation and Maintenance of the desalination and power plants including Data Center operation operated by NOMAC Oman”.

It is to be noted that NOMAC Group has been certified since 2011 for Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, Environment Management System (EMS) based on ISO 14001:2015, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&SMS) based on ISO 45001:2018 for the whole NOMAC Group.
