Prior to NOMAC, he was associated for 24 years with Duke Energy, more recently having served as Vice-President of international Business Operations.
Is a Mechanical Engineer from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM). He has 19 years’ experience in Power and Desalination industry having served under various capacity in organizations such as SEC, SWCC, SABIC, MARAFIQ etc. He has been associated with NOMAC since 2014.
Has Master’s in Electro Mechanical Engineering from University of Leuven (KU Leuven) and MBA. He is a successful power plant manager with proven record in starting up and managing large power and water generating assets with focus on safety, efficiency and profitability, having served in Engie as COO and GM for various international power and water projects in Europe, US, but predominantly the Middle East. He has been associated with NOMAC since May 2017.
A Chartered Accountant by profession is a well-rounded Senior Leader having experience in the fields of Business Management, Leadership, Finance, Accounting, Global Supply Chain, Enterprise Risk Management. His experience in Power Sector and Logistics and Supply Chain in Executive Management roles in the GCC extends for more than 15 years. Highly self-motivated and influential leader with the experience of working in multicultural and multi geographies, good integration & change management skills. He is associated with NOMAC since 2013.
A dynamic and experienced HR Professional with over 22 years of experience in Independent Power and Water generation industry. Worked across all aspects of HR management and development from Business Development to construction and Operations & Maintenance. Successfully designed and implemented C&B strategy and policies across GCC, Pakistan, India, South Africa, Morocco and Turkey. Actively involved in the management of International mobility including defining packages, compliance, shadow payrolls and secondment agreements, Design and implementation of Performance Management systems. Passionate about developing and nurturing talent.
